Welcome to MaxTAF's beginner's course for Selenium Webdriver using Java.
Who is it for?
This course is designed to be taken by beginner test automators as well as beginner Java programmers. The first half will go into the essential skills needed to develop code for test automation. The second half will cover the basics of Selenium Webdriver in Java.
This course is perfect for:
Manual testers looking to convert into automation
Selenium users looking to convert from a different language, such as Python
University students who want to begin learning about test automation.
What tools do you need?
The entire course is designed to be used with Google Chrome and MaxTAF Cloud, our in-browser IDE designed specifically for testers. You can create an account with MaxTAF for free, and this guide will share many exercises and examples which can be opened and edited in your own MaxTAF Project.
Other than that, no other tools are needed!
How long will this course take?
This course should take a total beginner no more than 12 hours to complete.
