MaxTAF Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The MaxTAF Prize Giveaway Competition is open to participants who are 18 years or older. Employees of the organizing company, their immediate family members, and any associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry: Participation in the competition requires correctly identifying the three phrases related to the IBM Maximo Application Suite or Enterprise Asset Management through the interactive quiz and submitting the secret phrase in the provided Google Form.
  3. Prize Draw: All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
  4. Prize: The details of the prizes will be communicated to the winners via email. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  5. Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  6. Data Protection and Marketing: By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering the prize. Additionally, participants consent to their contact information being used by the organizing company for marketing purposes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  7. General Conditions: The organizing company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
  8. Disqualification: Any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizing company.
  9. Limitation of Liability: The organizing company accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
  10. Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
